【摘要】 目的探讨现代新媒体工具在研究生培养教育中的作用。方法结合近年利用新媒体工具进行临床研究生教学的实践,分析了电子邮件、短信、微信、QQ、飞信等现代通讯手段在医学研究生业务知识和综合素质带教中的作用。结果新媒体工具在医学研究生的临床知识教育、科研思路培养、提高综合素质和缓解心理压力等方面提供了丰富用途,提高了教学效率和沟通效果。结论多种新媒体工具的有机结合在研究生指导和教育中可发挥有效作用,创造和谐师生关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application of new media tools in the training and education of medical graduates. Methods Based on our experience in clinical reaching of graduates with the help pf new media tools,the paper discusses the role of modern means of communications such as e-mail,short text message,We-chat,QQ and fetion in the training of medical graduates’ professional knowledge and personal qualities. Results The new media tools have various values in imparting medical graduates’ clinical professional knowledge,enlightening research ideas,improving comprehensive quality,and relieving mental stress. They can improve teaching efficiency and communication results. Conclusion The combined use of several new media tools exerts a positive effect in guiding and educating medical graduates and creating harmonious teacher-student relationship.更多还原
