【摘要】 目的:通过拟血管性痴呆大鼠模型的给药治疗,探究新药醒脑胶囊对VD大鼠脑内谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)和乙酰胆碱酯酶(Ach E)活性以及学习记忆行为的影响和治疗机制。方法:将81只健康纯系Wistar老年大鼠随机分组:假手术组、模型组、中药组和西药对照组,然后利用2-血管阻断法(2-VO)制作VD大鼠模型。其中,中药组VD大鼠灌服醒脑胶囊蒸馏水混悬液。对VD大鼠治疗前后脑组织内GSH-PX和Ach E活性的改变以及穿梭箱行动能力测试结果进行比照分析。结果:统计分析表明,醒脑胶囊可有效增强VD大鼠脑组织中GSH-PX的活性,有效降低脑组织中Ach E活性,同时明显减少穿梭箱实验过程中VD大鼠的电击次数和电击时间。结论:治疗后的VD大鼠记忆学习能力明显改善,GSH-PX活性得到提高,而Ach E活性降低,表明醒脑胶囊能改善VD的痴呆程度,促进VD大鼠的智能恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of Xingnao capsules on the activity of GSH- PX and Ach E for learning dysmnesia of VD rats. Methods: Select 81 healthy Wistar rats and they were divided into 4 groups. They were negative injury group,model group,Chinese medicine group and relative group. In the experiment,we adopted 2- VD to duplicate VD models and had rats taken aqueous solution of Xingnao capsules. By the end of the study,we examined the memory ability of rats according to the shuttle test. Results: Xingnao capsules could promote the activities of GSH- PX and diminish the activities of Ach E. Conclusion: Xingnao capsules could improve the learning and memory ability of models and promote the activities of GSH- PX and decrease the activities of Ach E. And it can promote the restoring function of injured neuron.更多还原
