【摘要】 广元市近五年年平均麻风发病率0.42/10万,2014年底患病率为2.22/10万,现有现症病人56例,存活麻风治愈者797例,其中二级畸残243例。作为全国麻风病疾病负担较重地区,面临着防治工作边缘化现象;麻防单位、人员无资质开展诊疗;各部门、综合和基层医疗机构合作不够;麻风康复工作启动困难等艰巨挑战。广元市针对上述情况,充分利用重大传染病防治工作委员会平台,促进政府重视;建立区域化麻风病诊疗/转诊中心,打造"医防结合"新模式;整合性病学会搭建沟通平台,加强人员能力建设;麻风防治纳入基本公共卫生均等化服务,促进基层医疗机构履职;整合资源,全面启动麻风畸残康复工作。通过上述措施落实,预期广元市麻风防治工作运行良好,麻风疫情得到有效控制,麻风病受累者全面康复工作得到落实,消除麻风病危害目标在逐渐实现之中,建议全国类似地区予以效仿,以确保我国2020年消除麻风病危害目标得以实现,一个没有麻风病世界早日到来。更多还原

【Abstract】 The mean incidence of measles in Guangyuan city in the past 5 years was 0. 42 /105 and increased to2. 22 /105 by the end of 2014. At present,there are 56 lepriasis patients and 797 cases are alive,among which243 are of second level disabled. As a burdensome disease of the nation,Guangyuan is now facing marginalization of the prevention and control work. The prevention and control unit and personnel is not qualified for the diagnosis and treatment. The cooperation is not enough between departments basic level and organizations. The launch of the recovery work is difficult. Based on this condition,Guangyuan city took full advantage of the serious infectious disease committee platform,and promoted the government to pay great attention to this issue and established the medication and referral center to forge a new model of combination of clinic and prevention. The communication platform is established by the academy of sexually transmitted diseases and the personnel capacity has been strengthened. The prevention and control work has been embraced into the primary public health equalization and the resumption of the basic level is promoted. The resources have been integrated and the recovery work is full launched. By the above measures,the work is expected to be practicable and the disease is to be effectively controlled,meanwhile the affected individuals are in fully recovery. The goal of extinct the disease is reaching to. It is suggested that similar area could be follow the example of this area to ensure that extinction of lepriasis in 2020.更多还原
