【摘要】 目的探索实行网络直报以来,宜宾市乙型病毒性肝炎发生、流行情况及其变动趋势,为科学制订防控措施提供依据。方法采用描述性研究方法,对宜宾市2005-2013年乙型病毒性肝炎疫情数据进行分析。结果宜宾市2005-2010年报告乙型病毒性肝炎发病数分别为2600、2326、2515、2212、1737、1534、1542、1594和1482例,年均报告发病率为37.32/10万,死亡37例,年均死亡率为0.08/10万。结论 9年间宜宾市乙型病毒性肝炎发病总体呈下降趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the occurrence,epidemic and change tendency of viral hepatitis B in Yibin after implementation of direct network report for scientifically formulating prevention and control strategies. Methods Descriptive methods was employed to analyzed the epidemic data of viral hepatitis B in Yibin during 2005- 2013. Results The cases number of viral hepatitis B in 2005- 2013 were respectively 2 600,2 326,2 515,2 212,1 737,1 534,1 542,1 594 and 1 482,with an annual incidence rate of 0. 08 /105.
