【摘要】 目的探讨扩大刮除术治疗股骨远端骨巨细胞瘤的临床疗效。方法选取2007年1月至2012年6月收治的21例股骨远端骨巨细胞瘤患者,均应用扩大刮除、关节面下植骨、骨水泥填充、钢板内固定术。采用Enneking肢体功能评分评估术后膝关节功能,并进行影像学随访评估是否复发。结果 21例患者均顺利完成手术,且术后随访期间仅发现1例复发。患者Enneking肢体功能评分为22~29分,均为优。结论应用磨钻扩大刮除、关节面下植骨、骨水泥填充、钢板内固定术是治疗股骨远端骨巨细胞瘤的一种有效的手术方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of surgical treatment of expanded curettage of bone giant cell tumor of distal femur.Methods From 2007 January to 2012 June were 21 cases of distal femoral bone giant cell tumor patients,both the application of expanded curettage,bone grafting,joint under the surface of bone cement filling,plate fixation.The physical function of Enneking score to evaluate the knee function after surgery,and follow-up imaging data to assess whether the recurrence.Results 21 patients were successfully completed the operation, and postoperative follow-up of 1 cases found during complex.Enneking limb function in patients with a score of 22 to 29,are excellent.Conclusion Application of drill expanding curettage, bone grafting,joint under the surface of bone cement filling,plate fixation in the treatment of distal femur of giant cell tumor of bone is an effective operation method.更多还原
