【摘要】 目的探讨胸腔镜肺段切除术治疗肺癌的临床疗效与安全性。方法收集2010年8月至2013年8月我院收治的20例肺癌患者资料,均行电视胸腔镜肺段切除术治疗,对患者术后的临床效果、手术安全性以及生活质量改善情况进行分析。结果所有患者均顺利完成本次手术,术中无中转开放性手术,术后无1例患者出现并发症及病死。手术时间(129±13)min;术中出血量(88±12)ml;住院时间(6.2±0.7)d。手术治疗后相比术前患者的心理状态、睡眠、躯体化、社会活动等生活质量明显提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胸腔镜肺段切除术治疗肺癌效果确切,患者术后无并发症与病死情况,具有较高的安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the thoracoscope lung resection surgery clinical effect and safety for the treatment of lung cancer.Methods In August 2010~August 2013 of our hospital 20 patients with lung cancer were included in this study,all patients were performed video-assisted thoracoscope lung resection surgery,postoperative clinical effect,safety and operation on the patients life quality improvement is analyzed.Results All patients were successfully completed the surgery,intraoperative no open surgery,postoperative complications and death among the patients.The operation time(129±13)min;Intraoperative blood loss(88±12)ml;Length of hospital stay(6.2±0.7)d.After surgery compared with the preoperative psychological state,sleep,somatization,social activities,such as the quality of life improved obviously,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Thoracoscope lung resection in exact effect of surgical treatment for lung cancer,the patients without postoperative complications and death situation,has the high safety coefficient.更多还原
