【摘要】 以百里香茎切段为外植体进行组织培养和快速繁殖试验研究,分化率很高,可达100%;但培养过程中玻璃化现象较为严重,解决这一问题的途径,主要是在增殖倍数较高的培养基MS+KT 2.0 mg/L+IBA 0.2 mg/L的基础上,加入0.3 mg/L的GA3,增加蔗糖浓度为50 g/L,琼脂8 g/L,可有效控制玻璃化苗的比例和玻璃苗的逆转。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using Thymus mongolicus Ronn. stem segments as explants for tissue culture and rapid propagation,the differentiation rate was up to 100%. However,vitrification was serious during the tissue culture. The way to solve this problem was adding 0. 3 mg / L of GA3 to MS + KT 2. 0 mg / L + IBA 0. 2 mg /L,and increasing sucrose concentration to 50 g / L,agar to 8 g / L.
