重组人干扰素α-2b(假单胞菌)雾化吸入治疗儿童病毒性上呼吸道感染疗效观察
Clinical Effect of Aerosol Inhalation of Recombinant Human Interferon α-2b (P.putida) in Children with Upper Respiratory Tract Infection
【摘要】 目的:观察α-2b型干扰素(假单胞菌)雾化吸入治疗病毒性上感儿童的临床疗效。方法:100例确诊为病毒性上呼吸道感染的患儿按就诊顺序分为观察组和对照组各50例。两组患儿均给予对症及支持治疗,观察组在此基础上给予注射用重组人干扰素α-2b(假单胞菌)15万IU·kg-1·d-1加0.9%氯化钠注射液2~4 ml雾化吸入给药,qd,每次5~10 min,对照组给予利巴韦林注射液10~15 mg·kg-1·d-1加5%葡萄糖注射液150 ml,ivd。两组均连续治疗5 d为1个疗程。比较治疗前后两组退热效果、感冒症状(包括咳嗽、卡他、全身症状)改善情况和临床有效率。结果:治疗后,观察组患儿退热疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后轻、中度咳嗽变化情况显著优于对照组(P<0.01);观察组热程、咳嗽消退时间、卡他症状消退时间和全身症状消退时间均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床有效率达96.0%,显著高于对照组的84.0%(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗基础上,雾化吸入α-2b干扰素治疗病毒性上呼吸道感染患儿效果显著,安全性高,值得在临床上推广使用。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study the clinical effect and safety of aerosol inhalation of recombinant human interferon α-2b( P. putida) in the children with viral upper respiratory tract infection( VURI). Methods: Totally 100 children diagnosed as viral upper respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each. The two groups of children were both given symptomatic and supportive treatment,and the observation group was given IFN-α2b( P. putida) 150 000IU·kg- 1·d- 1in 2-4 ml 0. 9% sodium chloride injection with aerosol inhalation,qd,5-10 min each time,and the control group was given ribavirin 10-15 mg·kg- 1·d- 1in 5% glucose injection 150 ml,ivd,and a course of treatment was continuous 5 d. The fever,cold symptoms( catarrh,cough,malaise) and clinical efficiency of the two groups were compared. Results: The defervescence effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group after the treatment( P < 0. 05). The effect in the children with mild and moderate cough in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the changes were statistically significant difference( P < 0. 01). The heat range,cough fading time,catarrh symptom and systemic symptom disappearance time in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). The clinical efficient rate of the observation group was 96. 0%,which was significantly higher than that( 84. 0%) in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Combined with the conventional therapy,aerosol inhalation of IFN-α2b can be effectively and safely used for treating viral upper respiratory tract infection in children,which is worthy of popularized use in clinics.
