【摘要】 目的:对影响空白泡腾栓发泡量的因素进行考察,为含药泡腾栓的制备提供借鉴与理论依据。方法:采用发泡实验,以最大发泡量为筛选指标,对影响泡腾栓发泡量的因素进行考察。结果:以聚氧乙烯单硬脂酸酯(S-40)及甘油混合物作为空白泡腾栓基质发泡效果好。结论:S-40及甘油混合物是良好的泡腾栓基质。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the influencing factors for the foam volume of blank effervescent suppositories to provide reference and theoretical basis for drug-containing effervescent suppositories.Methods:Foam experiments were carried out using the maximum foam amount as the index to screen and optimize the formula.Results:The formula of blank effervescent suppositories with polyoxyethylene monostearate(S-40) and glycerin as the bases showed the best foaming effect.Conclusion:S-40 and glycerin are the effective bases for blank effervescent suppositories.更多还原
