【摘要】 目的:观察星蒌承气汤对大鼠脑组织脑源性神经生长因子(BDNF)表达的影响。方法:SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、病症结合组和治疗组,通过自体粪便灌胃法和改良线栓法复制痰热腑实证缺血中风大鼠模型,通过免疫组化法检测大鼠脑组织BDNF的表达。结果:与假手术组相比,病证结合组和治疗组脑组织BDNF的阳性表达强度均增强(P<0.01),其中治疗组表达强度高于病证结合组,两组之间有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:星蒌承气汤可增强大鼠脑组织BDNF的表达。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effective of Xinglou Chengqi Decoction in cerebral protection and BDNF in rats. Methods: to replicate the rat models of phlegm-Heat FU-oragn Sthenia Syndrome by feeding them of itself stool,then copy the ischemia model based on above models.The expression of BDNF was valued by immunohistochemitry respectively.Results: compared with the sham operation group, disease and syndrome combined with group and treatment group, the brain BDNF expression intensity were increased(P<0.01), the treatment group expression strength is higher than that of the combination of disease and symptom group, and have significant difference(P < 0.01)between the two groups. Conclusion: Xinglou Chengqi Decoction can enhance the expression of BDNF in brain tissue of rats.更多还原
