【摘要】 目的:观察中药益肾生精汤治疗肾精亏虚型少弱精子症的疗效。方法:采用随机数字表法将120例患者分成两组,治疗组(益肾生精汤)和对照组(五子衍宗丸)各60例,3个月为一个疗程,比较两组的疗效。结果:两组均能改善精子密度,a级精子、(a+b)级精子和(a+b+c)级精子,但治疗组在改善精子密度,a级精子,(a+b)级精子方面明显优于对照组,治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组。结论:益肾生精汤具有补肾填精,健脾益气之功,是治疗肾精亏虚型少弱精子症的安全有效的药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe clinical effects of the Yishen Shengjing decoction on the Shenjing Kuixu type of oligoasthenozoospermia. Methods: 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group(received the Yishen Shengjing decoction) and the control group(received Wuzi Yanzong Wan), 60 cases for each; a course of treatment was 3 months.Clinical effects in groups were observed. Results: In two groups, sperm density, grade a sperm, grade(a+b) sperm and grade(a+b+c) sperm were improved, and the improvement of all observed indicators in the treatment group was better. Conclusion: The Yishen Shengjing decoction showed efficacies of Bushen Tianjing and Jianpi Yiqi, was a safe and effective medicine on the Shenjing Kuixu type of oligoasthenozoospermia.更多还原
