【摘要】 目的:研究茵栀黄口服液对治疗肝炎病例的疗效,主要是对治疗慢性乙肝病例的研究。方法:肝炎患者61例,其中慢性乙肝49例,药物性肝炎2例,急性黄疸肝炎3例,脂肪肝7例。随机分为治疗组和对照组:其中治疗组31例给予茵栀黄口服液治疗,10m L/次,3次/d,4周为一个疗程;对照组30例进行常规药物治疗。进行相关影像学和血清学检查确诊,治疗后比较两组患者治愈率。结果:治疗后观察发现,治疗组谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)低于对照组,治疗组血清胆碱酯酶(CHE)升高值、血清蛋白值明显高于对照组,P<0.05,组间数据差异有统计学意义。结论:茵栀黄口服液治疗肝炎症状的效果较好,在临床医学中未发现任何副作用,价格比较便宜,值得在医院推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To research efficacy of the Yinzhihuang oral liquid on CHB. Methods: In 61 cases of hepatitis, 49 cases were chronic hepatitis; 2 cases were drug-induced hepatitis; 3 cases were acute jaundice hepatitis; 7 cases were fatty liver. They were divided into the treatment group and the control group, 31 cases for each group. The treatment group took the Yinzhihuang oral liquid, 10 m L per time, 3 times per day, for 4 weeks. The control group took conventional medicine. Results: In the treatment group, ALT, AST were lower; CHE increased value and serum protein value were significantly higher, P<0.05. Conclusion: Treating CHB with the Yinzhihuang oral liquid could gain better efficacy, without side-effects, is worthy of promotion.更多还原
