【摘要】 目的:观察穴位埋线联合康莱特注射液对晚期肺癌患者癌性疼痛的治疗效果。方法:将64例肺癌患者随机分为两组,对照组予硫酸吗啡缓释片10 mg口服治疗,治疗组在与对照组相同治疗方法基础上,予穴位埋线联合康莱特注射液治疗,观察两组止痛效果及生活质量改善情况。结果:治疗组中完全缓解(CR)+部分缓解(PR)例数为25例,显效率为78.1%;对照组完全缓解(CR)+部分缓解(PR)例数为14例,显效率为43.8%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);EORTC QLQ-C30(V3.0)量表中功能领域、症状领域、总体健康状况、腹泻、便秘、气促、失眠、食欲不振得分治疗组与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗前后对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);量表单一领域中失眠领域得分对照组治疗前后对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋线联合康莱特注射液可缓解晚期肺癌患者癌性疼痛,改善患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To observe effects of acupoint catgut embedding and Kanglaite injection on advanced lung cancer pain. Methods 64 advanced lung cancer patients were divided into two groups randomly, including treatment group and control group. Patients of control group were given sustained-release morphine sulfate tablets 10 mg orally, while besides the same method, the treatment group were treated by acupoint catgut embedding and Kanglaite injection. Simultaneously, the analgesic effects and quality of life were evaluated. Results: The cases of complete remission(CR) and partial remission(PR) of treatment group and control group were 25,14 and the total efficiency rates 78.1%,43.8%, there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05). In addition, the scores of EORTC QLQ-C30(V3.0) scale including functional and symptoms areas, overall health, shortness of breath, diarrhea, constipation, insomnia, inappetence were different(P<0.05), and difference was statistically significant between before and after treatment(P<0.05).The scales of insomnia were of statistically significant difference compared with the before and after treatment of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: the treatments of acupoint catgut embedding and Kanglaite injection could help alleviate pain and improve the quality of life in advanced lung cancer patients.更多还原
