【摘要】 目的:探讨偏头痛的中医内科诊断治疗方法和效果。方法:选取我院自2011年10月—2013年10月收治的偏头痛患者80例作为研究对象,对该组患者进行辨证诊断和分型治疗,观察患者的治疗效果。结果:该组患者治疗约3个疗程之后,其症状完全控制的患者45例(56.3%),有效患者32例(40.0%),无效人数为3例(3.8%)。结论:偏头痛患者采用中医辨证施治治疗效果显著、复发率低,因此非常值得临床上推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to investigate the TCM diagnosis and treatment for migraine. Methods: 80 cases of migraine were included in the study, and the treatment effect were observed. Results: 80 patients recieved 3 period of treatment, completed controled was 45 cases(56.25%), effective in 32 cases(40.0%), invalid in 3 cases(3.75%). Conclusion: TCM treatment for migraine is remarkable, the recurrence is less for better reference.更多还原
