【摘要】 目的:探讨乌贝散方剂联合三联疗法对胃溃疡患者的治疗效果。方法:选择147例胃溃疡患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组(74例)和对照组(73例),对照组给予西医三联疗法,观察组给予乌贝散方剂联合三联疗法,疗程均为2周,观察两组患者的疗效,Hp消除率及不良反应的发生率。结果:治疗组患者治疗总有效率(68例,91.9%)和Hp清除率(69例,93.2%)均明显高于对照组(分别为79.5%和82.2%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者不良反应发生率(4例,5.4%)与对照组(6例,8.2%)的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:乌贝散方剂联合三联疗法可有效清除Hp,对胃溃疡患者的治疗效果较好,且不良反应少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Wu Beisan powder combined with western therapy in the treatment of gastric ulcer. Methods: 147 patients with gastric ulcer were selected and divided into a treatment group(74 cases) and a control group(73 cases). The patients in control group were treated with western triple therapy, while the patients in treatment group were treated with Wu Beisan Powder combined with western triple therapy. All patients were treated for 2 weeks. The efficacy, Helicobacterpylori(Hp) clearance and the incidence of adverse reactions in two groups were observed. Results: The total effective rate in treatment group(68 cases, 91.9%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(58 cases, 79.5%), and the Hp clearance rate in treatment group(69 cases, 93.2%) was also significantly higher than that of the control group(60 cases, 82.2%)(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group(4 cases, 5.4%) was significantly less than that of the control group(6 cases, 8.2%)(P<0.05). Conclusions: Wu Beisan Powder combined with western triple therapy can effectively remove Hp and has better effect on gastric ulcer with less adverse reactions.更多还原
