【摘要】 目的:对舒适护理在老年性哮喘疾病的临床护理效果进行探讨。方法:选取我院2014年2月—2015年2月所接收的74例老年性哮喘住院患者作为研究的对象,按随机单盲法将其分成舒适护理组与常规护理组,每组各37例,常规护理组患者予以常规护理措施,在此前提下,对舒适护理组患者予以舒适护理措施,且对两组患者的护理效果进行观察。结果:舒适护理组患者的舒适度、满意度、依从性以及复发率等皆优于常规护理组患者,存在显著性差异,有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:对老年性哮喘患者予以舒适护理措施,疗效明显,且可提高患者的护理满意度与依从性,降低复发率,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the clinical nursing effect of comfortable nursing on senile asthma.Methods: 74 cases of senile asthma in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were randomly divided into comfortable nursing group and routine nursing group, 37 cases in each group. The routine nursing group was given routine nursing. Under this premise, the comfortable nursing group was given comfortable nursing. The nursing effect of the two groups were observed. Results: The rates of comfort, satisfaction, adherence and recurrence of the comfortable nursing group were superior to those of the routine nursing group. There were significant differencesand the differences were statistically significant, P<0.05.Conclusion:In nursing care of elderly patients with asthma, comfortable nursing measures had obvious curative effect and it can improve nursing satisfaction and compliance of the patients, reduce the recurrence rate.
