【摘要】 目的:观察中药涂抹联合红外线治疗急性软组织损伤的疗效。方法:将96例我科收治的急性软组织损伤患者随机分成3组(中药组、红外线组及联合组),每组32例。中药组清洁创面后,将中药涂抹在创面上,采用暴露疗法;红外线组于外伤后24h采用红外线照射,每2d两次,每次30min。联合组采用中药外涂加红外线照射。7d为1个疗程,1个疗程结束后对比3组的疗效,记录3组患者的愈合时间。结果:完成1个疗程后,联合组的疗效优于中药组及红外线组(Hc分别为38.6与4.202,均P<0.05),而中药组与红外线组的疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。联合组的治愈时间最短,为(8.1±2.2)d,其次为中药组的(10.2±2.3)d,最后是红外线组的(12.3±3.2)d,经比较,差异有统计学意义(F=20.78,P<0.01)。结论:中药涂抹联合红外线治疗急性软组织损伤能明显减轻患者痛苦,缩短治愈时间,疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe clinical effects of TCM plus infrared radiation on acute soft tissue injury. Methods: 96 acute soft tissue injury patients were randomly divided into three groups(TCM medicine group, infrared radiation group and combined group), 32 cases for each group. The combined group was treated with TCM medicine plus infrared radiation. Results: In a course of treatment, the efficacy in the combined group was better than that in the TCM medicine group and infrared group(Hc 38.6 and 4.202, respectively, both P<0.05), while the difference between TCM medicine group and infrared group was not statistically significant(P>0.05). In the combined group the shortest healing time was(8.1 ± 2.2) d, followed by the TCM group(10.2 ± 2.3) d, and finally the infrared radiation group was(12.3 ± 3.2) d; the difference was statistically significant(F = 20.78, P<0.01). Conclusion: The TCM plus infrared for acute soft tissue injury could significantly reduce the suffering of patients, shorten healing time.更多还原
