【摘要】 目的:探讨肛周脓肿术后加用托里消毒散的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,对照组只予以常规治疗,治疗组术后在常规治疗的基础上加用托里消毒散。观察两组患者伤口愈合时间、引流情况、伤口疼痛情况、伤口周围潮红消失时间等。结果:治疗组患者伤口愈合时间、引流情况、伤口疼痛情况、伤口周围潮红消失时间均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肛周脓肿术后加用托里消毒散能够使新鲜肉芽更快生长,伤口周围潮红更快消失,缩短患者伤口愈合时间,减轻患者术后伤口疼痛。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore clinical efficacy of the Tuoli Xiaodu San on postoperative perianal abscess surgery. Methods: 80 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 40 cases for each group. The control group received conventional treatment, and the other group was treated with the Tuoli Xiaodu San more. Wound healing time, drainage situation, wound pain, flushing around the wound disappeared time were observed. Results: Wound healing time, drainage situation, wound pain, flushing around the wound disappeared time in the treatment group were better, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: Applying the Tuoli Xiaodu San to postoperative perianal abscess surgery could promote granulation growth faster and flushing around wound disappearing faster, shorten wound healing time, and relief postoperative wound pain.更多还原
