【摘要】 目的:探讨中西医结合治疗宫外孕的疗效。方法:选择经我院妇科西医保守治疗宫外孕后效果不理想的30例患者,加用中药治疗,观察患者的治愈率、血β-h CG和包块直径等指标,评估中西医方法治疗宫外孕的疗效。结果:治愈率为90.0%;治疗后患者血β-h CG下降至正常值;包块吸收。结论:中西医结合治疗宫外孕可显著提高有效率,降低血β-h CG,减小包块直径,免除手术痛苦。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the efficacy of treating ectopic pregnancy in the integrative medicine. Methods: 30 cases of ectopic pregnancy was not efficient of western medicine. Then they were given TCM more. The curing efficiency, serum β-h CG and mass diameter, etc. were observed; and the efficiency of the integrative medicine were evaluated. Results: The curing efficiency was 90.0%. After treatment the serum β-h CG was decreased to normal value. Enclosed mass was absorbed. Conclusion: Treating ectopic pregnancy in the integrative medicine could be obviously improve efficiency, decrease the serum β-h CG, reduce the enclosed mass, relief the pain of surgery.更多还原
