【摘要】 目的:初步探讨穴位埋线对单纯性肥胖大鼠减肥的机理。方法:将40只SD大鼠造模后随机分为正常对照组、肥胖对照组及埋线治疗组。埋线治疗组用"0000"号羊肠线埋入天枢穴、中脘穴、脾俞穴,每10d埋线治疗1次,30d为1个疗程。观察并比较3组大鼠每组每日摄食量、饮水量及每周体重的变化以及观察肾周围脂肪的湿重。结论:埋线疗法可以降低肥胖大鼠已增加的脂肪堆积量,减少肥胖大鼠血清瘦素的表达,其通过调节动物的摄食行为和脂肪代谢,从而刺激下丘脑中枢机制来达到减肥的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To research the mechanism of weight loss by the catgut embedding of simple obesity rats. Methods: This study divided 40 healthy Sprague-Dawdle rats into 3groups. The rats in embedding group were treated with embedding "Tianshu" "Pishu" apertures(both two sides) and "Zhongwan" aperture at the beginning of the experiment. 30 days later, determined the effect. In this process, the changing of the water intake, food intake, weight, activity were observed. The per-renal fat wet weight was measured after drawn materials. Conclusion: Acupoint catgut therapy could effectively decrease the fat store and obesity leptin expression. The mechanism may be related to the effect by stimulating hypothalamic maincenter. Thereby ingestion behavior and the fat metabolizes can be regulated and controlled effectively, and play a role in weight loss.更多还原
