【摘要】 目的:观察温阳散结汤治疗阳虚痰湿型乳腺增生病的临床疗效。方法:将确诊为阳虚痰湿型乳腺增生症的60例患者随机分为两组,分别给予温阳散结汤和乳癖消片治疗;治疗2个疗程后,对患者进行复查和评估。结果:温阳散结汤与乳癖消治疗女性乳腺增生病的疗效分别为:治愈:13例,5例;显效:11例,9例;有效:4例,10例;无效:2例,6例。结论:温阳散结汤治疗阳虚痰湿型乳腺增生症的疗效优于乳癖消,疗效满意,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate clinical effects of the Wenyang Sanjie decoction on Yangxu Tanshi type of cyclomastopathy. Methods: 60 patients with cyclomastopathy were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, patients in the treatment group took the wenyang Sanjie decoction; patients in the control group took rupixiao tablets. In two courses, efficacy were inspected. Results: In the treatment group, 13 cases were cured; 11 cases were effective; 4 cases were a little effective; and 2 cases were invalid. In the control group, 5 cases were cured; 9 cases were highly effective; 10 cases were effective; and 6 cases were invalid. Conclusion: Compared with the rupixiao tablets, the Wenyang Sanjie decoction was effective on Yangxu Tanshi type of cyclomastopathy, and worthy of promotion.更多还原
