【摘要】 目的:探讨集束化护理对预防新生儿呼吸机相关性肺炎的疗效。方法:将356例机械通气新生儿随机分为观察组与对照组各178例,对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受集束化护理,比较两种护理方法下新生儿呼吸机相关性肺炎的发病率。结果:观察组机械通气时间、住院时间较对照组更短,呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率更低,基础护理合格率及家属满意度均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:集束化护理可缩短机械通气时间和住院时间,显著减少呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率,提高护理服务质量,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical effects of cluster nursing intervention on neonatal ventilator-associated pneumonia. Methods: 356 infants were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group got routine nursing, the observation group received cluster nursing. Then comparing the clinical effect of two methods. Results: Both the duration of mechanical ventilation and hospitalization in observation group were significantly shorter than the control group, and the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia was significantly lower than control group as well, while the basic nursing qualification rate and the child’s family satisfaction improved significantly compared to control group. Conclusion: Cluster nursing can shorten the duration of mechanical ventilation and hospitalization, reduce the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia, is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
