【摘要】 缺血性脑血管疾病是临床常见病,多发病,其致残率、致死率较高。益气活血类中药最在临床应用广泛,近年来,骨髓间充质干细胞输注治疗脑缺血的临床与实验研究成为热点。益气活血类中药及骨髓间充质干细胞输注能够促进血管新生是目前研究的又一机制,血管内皮生长因子(Vascular Endothelialgrowth Factor,VEGF)及血管内皮生长因子受体(Vascular Endothelialgrowth Factor,VEGFR)是血管新生中两个重要相关因子。我们课题组在查阅文献及进行研究的基础上,就益气活血类中药及骨髓间充质干细胞对脑血管新生相关VEGF及其VEGFR影响的研究进展进行综述,益气活血类中药及骨髓间充质干细胞单用或联合使用,能够上调脑缺血动物模型血清及脑组织中VEGF的水平,下调脑缺血动物模型血清及脑组织中VEGFR的含量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cerebral ischemic disease was common in clinic, morbidity and mortality were high. Yiqi Huoxue TCM medicine was extensively used to treat it in clinic. In recent years, clinical practice and research of BMSCs on treating cerebral ischemic disease became a hot spot. Yiqi Huoxue type of TCM medicine and BMSCs could improve angiogenesis. Two important related factors of angiogenesis were VEGF and VEGFR. We reviewed effects of Yiqi Huoxue type of TCM medicine and BMSCs on VEGF and VEGFR based on literatures and researches. Alone or combination of Yiqi Huoxue type of TCM medicine and BMSCs could up-regulate VEGF and lower VEGFR in animal models of cerebral ischemia in serum and brain tissue levels.更多还原
