【摘要】 目的:观察中药内服外敷治疗蝼蛄疖的临床疗效。方法:将94例蝼蛄疖患者随机分成两组,分别为治疗组患者47例和对照组患者47例,其中治疗组47例患者用中药内服和外敷,对照组47例患者用米诺环素口服和百多邦药膏外搽,分别在30d后比较疗效。结果:经过30d的治疗,治疗组47例患者,痊愈39例,显效5例,好转2例,无效1例,有效率93.61%;对照组47例患者,痊愈28例,显效6例,好转9例,无效4例,有效率72.34%。结论:中药内服和外敷治疗蝼蛄疖疗效好,能缩短病程,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe clinical effects of TCM medicine on mole cricket boils. Methods: 94 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group was given TCM medicine; another was given western medicine. Results: In the treatment group, 39 cases were cured, 5 cases were markedly effective, 4 cases were improved, 1 case was invalid, the efficacy was 93.61%; in the control group, 28 cases were cured, 6 cases were markedly effective, 9 cases were improved, 4 cases was invalid, the efficacy was 72.34%. Conclusion: TCM medicine showed good effects, can shorten courses, and was worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
