【摘要】 目的探讨超声引导下行产前诊断脐静脉穿刺技巧,总结穿刺经验,提高成功率,降低并发症发生率。方法收集176例超声引导下行脐静脉穿刺患者的临床资料并进行统计分析。结果一次进针穿刺成功率为79.5%(140/176),最终穿刺成功率为94.3%(166/176)。结论采用超声实时引导,定位准确对提高脐静脉穿刺一次性成功率,减少并发症起决定性作用,是妊娠中晚期产前诊断的有效补救措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the skill of fetal umbilical blood sampling guided by ultrasound and summarize the experience of sampling,and to improve the success rate and reduce complications.Methods One hundred and seventy-six clinically suspected abnormal pregnant women were performed the umbilical blood sampling guided by ultrasound.All the data were statistically analyzed.Results The success rate of the first attempt was 79.5%(140/176),and the final success rate was 94.3%(166/176).Conclusion Real-time ultrasound guidance in umbilical blood sampling has the advantage of positioning accuracy,which plays a decisive role in improving the success rate of first attempt and reducing complications of umbilical blood sampling.Umbilical blood sampling is an effective remedy of prenatal diagnosis during the middle-late pregnancy.更多还原
