【摘要】 目的观察芪明颗粒联合普拉洛芬对糖尿病超乳术后干眼症的临床疗效。方法将白内障超声乳化术后患干眼症且患有糖尿病的患者120例,将其按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各60例,对照组给予妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液、羟糖苷滴眼液治疗。观察组在对照组的治疗方案上给予普拉洛芬滴眼液、芪明颗粒治疗。两组疗程均为4周。结果治疗后,两组患者的Schimer值以及泪膜破裂时间较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.05),观察组较对照组改善的更为明显(P<0.05);两组患者角膜上皮损伤(SPK)疗效比较,观察组的痊愈率及总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论芪明颗粒联合普拉洛芬治疗糖尿病超乳术后干眼症的临床疗效明确,较常规疗法更具有优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Qiming granules combined with pranoprofen on the treatment of diabetes phacoemulsification postoperation xerophthalmia. Methods: 120 cases with both phacoemulsification postoperation xerophthalmia and diabetes were selected as the research objects and divided into the obser-vation group and the control group randomly. The control group was given the Tobramycin dexamethasone eye drops and hydroxyl glycoside eye drops. The observation group was given the Qiming granules and pranoprofen eye drops on the basic of the control group. The courses were 4 weeks. Results: After treatment,schimer values and breakup time of the two groups were more obviously improved than that before treatment(P < 0.05). Compared with thecontrol group,the observation group improved more obviously(P < 0.05). As for the curative effect comparison of Corneal epithelium damage(SPK) between the two groups,the cure rate and total effective rate of the observation group was obviously higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Qiming granules combined with pranoprofen on the treatment of diabetes phacoemulsification postoperation xerophthalmia has a clear clinical curative effect,which has more advantages than conventional treatment.更多还原
