【摘要】 目的观察加味定喘汤联合补肺汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者的临床疗效。方法将120例慢性阻塞性肺疾病加重期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组60例常规给予吸氧、解痉平喘、抗感染等治疗。治疗组60例在对照组治疗的基础上给予加味定喘汤联合补肺汤治疗,两组疗程均为2周。疗程结束后检测两组肺功能变化、血气分析、临床症状、中医证候积分、生存质量评分。结果 2周后治疗组患者肺功能、血气分析、临床症状、中医证候积分、生存质量评分均较治疗前显著改善(均P<0.05),治疗组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味定喘汤联合补肺汤能改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能,提高血氧饱和度,控制临床症状,有效提高患者生存质量,缓解复发率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object: To observe the clinical effects of Modified Dingchuan Tang combined with Bufei Tang in cute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods: 120 cases with AECOPD were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.Control group(60 cases) was treated with conventional oxygen inhalation,spasmolysis,asthma and anti-infection etc.Treatment group(60 cases) was treated with Modified Dingchuan Tang combined with Bufei Tang on the basis of the control group.Both were treated for2 weeks.The changes of pulmonary function,blood gas analysis,clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome integral,quality of life scores were compared between the cal significance comparing with the control group(P < 0.05).Results:The pulmonary function,blood gas analysis,clinical symp toms,TCM syndrome integral,quality of life scores of patients in the treatment group were significantly improved after 2 weeks of treatment(P < 0.05).There were some statistical differences between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: In treating patients with AECOPD,this new method can improve their lung function,enhance the degree of blood oxygen saturation,control the clinical symptoms,increase the quality of life and significantly relieve the palindromia.更多还原
