【摘要】 目的观察电针耳迷走神经点对恶性肿瘤患者化疗后恶心、呕吐的临床疗效。方法将52例患者随机分为对照组25例,治疗组27例。对照组在化疗开始前30 min缓慢静脉注射盐酸帕洛诺司琼注射液。治疗组在和对照组使用相同药物的基础上同时采用针刺及电针双侧耳迷走神经点的治疗方法,每日2次,连续3 d。结果化疗后第1日和第2日两组病例控制恶心的有效率相当(P>0.05),在化疗后第3日治疗组病例控制恶心的有效率为74.07%,高于对照组的40.00%(P<0.05)。化疗后第1日两组病例控制呕吐的有效率相当(P>0.05),在化疗后第2日治疗组病例控制呕吐的有效率为88.89%,高于对照组的64.00%(P<0.05),在化疗后第3日治疗组病例控制呕吐的有效率为81.48,明显高于对照组的40.00%(P<0.01)。治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电针耳迷走神经点联合盐酸帕洛诺司琼对恶性肿瘤患者化疗后恶心、呕吐等症状有较好的防治作用,并且可以降低化疗药物毒副反应的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 0bjective: To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture at auricular vagus nerve acupoint treating nausea and vomiting of patients induced by chemotherapy. Methods: 52 patients were randomly divided into two groups: 25 patients in the control group and 27 patients in the treatment group. Both groups were intravenously injected Palonosetron Hydrochloride injection 5 m L :0.25 mg slwoly. 30 minutes before the chemotherapy. The treatment group on the basis of that was given electroacupuncture therapy at auricular vagus nerve acupoint twice a day for three consecutive days. Results: The efficiency of both groups controlling nausea in the first two days had no statistical significance(P > 0.05). But at the third day after chemotherapy,the efficiency of treatment group controlling nausea was 74.07%,higher than 40.00% of the control group(P < 0.05). At the first day after chemotherapy,both groups controlling vomiting had no statistical significance(P > 0.05). But at the second day after chemotherapy,the efficiency of treatment group controlling vomiting was 88.89%,higher than 64.00% of the control group(P < 0.05). And at the third day after chemotherapy,the efficiency of treatment group controlling vomiting was 81.48%,significantly higher than 40.00% of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Electroacupuncture at auricular vagus nerve acupoint of patients has better effect in preventing and treating nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy and reducing the adverse reaction of chemotherapy drugs.更多还原
