【摘要】 现代学徒制已成为当今许多国家经济发展和人力资源开发的重要战略。西方发达国家的现代学徒制之所以取得突出成就,离不开政府的高度重视与大力支持。对中西方国家的政府在现代学徒制的立法、管理、经费方面履行职责的状况进行比较分析,发现我国政府在现代学徒制的立法体系、管理机制、经费保障上还有待完善。借鉴西方发达国家政府履行职责的实践经验,我国应完善现代学徒制法律体系,建立政府统筹、地方为主、社会参与的学徒制管理体制,建立多元化经费投入机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Modern apprenticeship system has become an important strategy of economic development and human resource development in many countries. Western countries have made outstanding achievements in modern apprenticeship, one of reasons is the government’s attention and support. By comparative analysis on the position of the Government of China and Western countries to fulfill their mandates in the modern apprenticeship system of legislative, regulatory, funding research, it highlights the Chinese government should be optimized further in legislative system, management system and funding guarantee. Taking example by the practical experience of Western countries in fulfilling duties is crucial for reforming and optimizing the government duties of China and promoting the sound development of modern apprenticeship system.更多还原
