【摘要】 目的:探讨神经节苷脂治疗脑出血的疗效及对血生化的影响。方法:选择2013年1-12月间我院收治的脑出血患者158例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上采用神经节苷脂治疗,比较2组患者的疗效及Na+-K+-ATP酶、血脑屏障、白介素变化情况。结果:治疗后2组NIHSS评分、BI评分和脑水肿体积差异具有统计学意义;2组治疗7天后Na+-K+-ATP酶和血脑屏障差异具有统计学意义;2组治疗7天后IL-1、2、4、6、8、10差异具有统计学意义;2组总有效率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:神经节苷脂可改善患者血脑屏障及影响脑出血相关指标,有效治疗急性脑出血。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective ]To analyze the influence of biochemical indicator and curative effect of ganglioside on cerebral hemorrhage. [Method]158 patients with cerebral hemorrhage from Jan. 2013 to Dec. 2013 in our hospital were divided into observational group and control group to analysis the change of Na +- K +- ATPase,blood brain barrier,IL and clinical effects. [Result ]The differences of the NIHSS score,the BI score and the volume of encephaledema before and after treatment in 2 groups were statistically significant. The change of Na +- K +- ATPase,blood brain barrier of2 groups after 7 days were statistically significant. The change of IL- 1,2,4,6,8,and 10 of 2 groups were statistically significant. There was significant difference in the total effective rate of two groups after treatment. [Conclusion]Ganglioside can improve biochemical indicator and blood brain barrier and effectively treat cerebral hemorrhage.更多还原
