【摘要】 目的总结近年来清热化痰法治疗AECOPD痰热郁肺证的研究进展。方法对近年来运用清热化痰法治疗AECOPD痰热郁肺证的临床及实验研究报道进行总结分析。结果在中医药理论指导下,认为COPD属于"肺胀"范畴,急性加重期痰热郁肺证较为多见,运用具有清热化痰作用的中药汤剂及中成药治疗AECOPD痰热郁肺证均有较好疗效。结论清热化痰法治疗AECOPD痰热郁肺证作用机制:减轻气道黏液高分泌,抑制炎症反应;对抗生素的增效作用;抑制氧化应激。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summary the research progress of clearing heat and resolving phlegm in treating AECOPD syndrome of phlegm- heat obstructing lung. Methods Analysis the clinical and experiment research of clearing heat and resolving phlegm in treating AECOPD syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung in recent years. Results TCM holds that the disease belong to the category of "lung expansion ",during the acute exacerbation the syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung appears more,the decoction of Chinese medicine and the Chinese patent drugs in the treatment of AECOPD syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung have a better effect. Conclusion The method of clearing heat and resolving phlegm in treating AECOPD syndrome of phlegm- heat obstructing lung reduce high airway mucus secretion,inhibit inflammation response; have effect of antibiotics; inhibition of oxidative stress.更多还原
