【摘要】 目的研究对直肠癌放化疗患者采用中医辨证治疗的效果。方法选取我院近年收治的直肠癌放化疗患者共70例,随机分为对照组及观察组,各35例。对照组采用常规模式治疗,观察组另加入中医辨证治疗。对比2组患者体质量变化情况以及不良反应情况。结果体质量变化方面,观察组更多患者体质量处于增加或稳定状态,仅1例(2.86%)体质量下降;对照组中则出现6例(17.14%)体质量下降,仅2例(5.71%)体质量增加。不良反应方面,观察组腹泻2例(5.71%),食欲不振3例(8.57%),呕吐16例(45.71%),恶心30例(85.71%),对照组腹泻5例(14.29%),食欲不振11例(31.43%),呕吐31例(88.57%),恶心35例(100.00%)。2组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对直肠癌放化疗患者实施中医辨证治疗能够避免患者体质量下降,同时降低不良反应发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of rectal cancer treatment with radiation and chemotherapy patients with syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods Selection method of rectal cancer radiation and chemotherapy patients admitted in our hospital in recent years,a total of 70 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Join other group control group adopts the model of conventional treatment,Chinese medicine dialectical treatment.Compared to two groups of patients with weight changes and adverse reactions.
