【摘要】 目的探讨变态反应性鼻炎的中医证型与白介素-2受体的相关性,为临床中医辨证提供客观指标。方法对相关文献进行提炼,并归类整理。结果变应性鼻炎的客观免疫指标IL-2R与中医证型肺经伏热、肾阳不足、脾气虚弱、肺气虚寒有一定的相关性。结论研究变应性鼻炎患者的临床表现及体征,观察IL-2受体与中医证型之间的关系,寻找有助于临床辨证的客观化指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the correlation of TCM syndrome of anaphylactic rhinitis and IL-2R,for clinical TCM syndrome differentiation provide objective indicators. Methods Review the related literature,classify and summary.Results There are relation between Objective the immune indexes IL-2R of allergic rhinitis with TCM syndrome that is heat of lung channel,insufficiency of kidney yang,deficiency of qi-spleen,deficiency and cold of qi-lung.
