2014年深圳市8~10岁儿童尿碘水平调查

【摘要】 目的掌握深圳市8~10岁儿童尿碘水平,为评价深圳市居民碘营养水平提供依据。方法每个区所辖街道按东、西、南、北、中划分5个抽样片区,在每个片区各随机抽取1所小学作为监测点。在每所小学随机抽取8~10岁学生50名,男女各半,采集日间随意一次尿样,用ICP-MS法检测尿中碘含量。结果共检测尿碘1 487份,中位数为218.6μg/L。尿碘含量<50μg/L的样本有61份,占4.10%;50~100μg/L有195份,占13.11%;100~200μg/L有412份,占27.71%;200~300μg/L有412份,占27.71%;>300μg/L有407份,占27.37%。各区儿童尿碘中位数均在200~299μg/L之间,各区之间的尿碘水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.005)。不同年龄、性别儿童的尿碘水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论深圳市人群的碘营养处于充足水平。

【Abstract】 [ Objective] To understand the urine iodine level in 8-10-year-old children of Shenzhen City, and provide scientific basis for evaluation of iodine nutrition in Shenzhen citizens.[ Methods] The area of each district was selected by separating the district into east, west, south, north and center, then 1 primary school was selected in each area, finally, 50 pupils aged 8-10 years old were selected from each school, half boys and half girls, one sample of urine in anytime of the day was collected and tested by ICP-MS method.[ Results] A total of 1 487 samples were collected, the median of urine iodine level was 218.6 μg/L, in which,the urine iodine level of 61(4.10%) samples were <50 μg/L, 195(13.11%) samples were 50-100 μg/L, 412(27.71%) were 100-200μg/L,412(27.71%) were 200-300 μg/L, 407 samples(27.37%) were >300 μg/L. The median of urine iodine level of children was200-299 μg/L, with significant difference between each district(P<0.005). However, there was no significant difference between age and gender( P<0.05).[ Conclusion] The nutrition iodine level in Shenzhen citizen is sufficient.
