饮水中18种挥发性有机污染物的快速筛查
Rapid analysis of 18 volatile organic pollutants in drinking water
【摘要】 目的建立自动顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)-气相色谱/质谱(GC/MS)法快速筛查饮水中18种挥发性有机污染物的方法。方法选用75μm炭分子筛/聚二甲基硅氧烷(CAR/PDMS)萃取纤维,在CTC全自动固相微萃取装置上,对水样中的18种挥发性有机物自动萃取富集,然后插入GC进样口,在250℃下解吸后,采用气相色谱/质谱在全扫描(Full Scan)模式下定性筛查,在选择离子监测(SIM)模式下进行外标法定量测定。结果在100μg/L浓度水平,18种挥发性有机污染物被全部定性筛查出来;18种挥发性有机污染物的检出限为0.000 1~0.005 3μg/L,回收率为71.4%~117.2%,相对标准偏差为1.8%~9.5%(n=6)。结论该方法具有简便、快速、灵敏、准确的优点,适用于突发水污染事件中18种挥发性有机污染物的快速筛查测定。
【Abstract】 [ Objective] To develop a method for the rapid analysis of 18 volatile organic pollutants in drinking water by automated headspace solid phase micro-extraction(HS-SPME) with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS).[ Methods] The 18 volatile organic pollutants in water were extracted using 75 μm Carboxen/PDMS(CAR/PDMS) fiber, and then the fiber was introduced into the GC injector port and the extracts were desorbed at 250 ℃ with CTC automated solid phase micro-extraction device. A Full Scan had been done to found the potential pollutants and the detection of 18 volatile organic pollutants was carried out by GC- MS in the selected ion monitoring(SIM) and quantified using external standard method.[ Results] At 100 μg/L spiked level, the 18 volatile organic pollutants were qualitatively screened out in Full Scan mode. The detection limits ranged from 0.000 1μg/L to 0.005 3 μg/L with recoveries of 71.4%-117.2%, and relative standard deviations were between 1.8% and 9.5%(n=6).[ Conclusion] The results demonstrate that this method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate. This method is applicable to the rapid analysis of 18 volatile organic pollutants in emergent events of drinking water.
