【摘要】 目的探讨住院脑卒中患者疾病因素与卒中后抑郁(PSD)的相关性,为有针对性地进行护理和探讨行之有效的诊疗途径提供依据。方法采用调查问卷的方式对308名脑卒中患者进行调查,调查内容包括一般人口学资料、患病情况和多模式方法诊断量表。结果 PSD发生率为45.13%。单因素分析显示,睡眠质量、患慢性病、首次发病、日常生活活动(ADL)能力、左侧半球病灶、额叶病灶、多发病灶、患病严重程度、语言障碍和平衡功能受损对发生PSD有影响,Logistic回归分析显示,睡眠质量、首次发病和左侧半球病灶是PSD发生的影响因素,差异有统计学意义(OR=0.740、0.605、1.896,P<0.05)。结论 PSD发生率较高,睡眠质量、首次发病和左侧半球病灶的患者需要特殊关注。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To analyze the correlation between the related factors and post-stroke depression(PSD) in inpatients with stroke,provide basis for carrying out the targeted nursing and exploring the effective diagnosis and treatment. [Methods]308stroke patients were investigated by the questionnaire survey,and the contents included general demographic data,prevalence rate and multi-mode processes diagnostic scale.[Results]The incidence rate of PSD was 45.13%. The single factor analysis showed that sleep quality,suffering from chronic diseases,first onset,ability of daily life(ADL),left hemisphere lesions,frontal lobe lesions,multiple lesions,degree of illness,language barrier,and impaired balance function have influenced the occurrence of PSD. The multiple logistic regression analysis showed that sleep quality, first onset and left hemisphere lesions were the influencing factors of PSD,and the differences were statistically significant(OR=0.740,0.605,1.896,P<0.05).[Conclusion]The incidence rate of PSD is high,and it is necessary to pay special attention to patients with poor sleep quality,first onset and left hemisphere lesions.更多还原
