洛阳市某新型木炭烧制工艺职业病危害因素检测评价

【摘要】 目的了解洛阳市某新型工艺木炭生产车间整改前后存在的职业病危害现状,为改进生产工艺提供依据。方法整改前后对该工艺木炭生产车间进行职业病危害因素检测和职业卫生现场调查,依据国家法规和标准进行评价。结果该项目在生产过程中存在的主要职业病危害因素有粉尘、毒物、噪声等。整改后,工作场所中粉尘、CO2、NO2、SO2的浓度和噪声40 h等效声级均符合职业接触限值的要求,CO浓度由整改前的43.4~56.1 mg/m3降为整改后的2.0~2.9 mg/m3。结论整改后项目的职业病危害现状达到了国家相关要求。

【Abstract】 [Objective] To understand the current situation of occupational hazards in a charcoal production workshop before and after rectification,provide the basis for improving the production process.[Methods] The occupational hazard factors detection and field occupational health investigation were performed before and after rectification in the charcoal production workshop,and the evaluation was conducted according to the national regulations and standards. [Results] The main occupational hazards existing in the production process of the project were dust,toxicant and noise. After rectification,the concentrations of dust,carbon dioxide,nitrogen dioxide and sulfur dioxide,and the 40-hour equivalent sound level met the requirements of occupational exposure limits.The concentration of carbon monoxide decreased from 43.4-56.1 mg/m3 before rectification to 2.0-2.9 mg/m3 after rectification.[Conclusion] The situation of occupational hazards after rectification meets the relevant national requirements.
