【摘要】 目的调查分析2012—2014年清远市城区和阳山县儿童呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)的感染情况以及其与患儿性别、年龄、季节等因素的关系。方法以该市人民医院和阳山县人民医院2012年8月—2014年4月期间收治的呼吸道疾病患儿共450例作为研究对象。采用实时反转氯聚和酶链的反应(real-time RT-PCR)方法对其呼吸道分泌物合胞病毒的核酸进行检测,SPSS18.0软件进行统计分析。结果该市市区儿童RSV的感染率为7.75%(22/284),显著高于阳山县的3.01%(5/166),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。该市区患儿RSV毒感染男女性别比为1∶1,阳山县为4∶1。病毒感染多发生于≤3岁的儿童,以冬春季节最为常见。结论该市市区和阳山县两地儿童RSV的感染情况各异,其感染与患儿性别、年龄以及季节等因素有关,可为临床诊治提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To investigate the respiratory syncytial virus(RSV) infection in children in Qingyuan urban area and Yangshan County from 2012-2014,analyze its relationship with gender,age and season. [Methods]450 children patients with respiratory disease,who were treated in Yangshan People’s Hospital from August 2012 to April 2014,were enrolled in this study.The nucleic acid of RSV in respiratory secretions was detected by real-time RT-PCR,and the results were analyzed by SPSS 18.0software. [Results]The infection rate of RSV in children of urban area was 7.75%(22/284),which was higher than that in Yangshan County(3.01%,5/166),and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). The male-to-female ratio of RSV infection rate in urban area and Yangshan County was 1 ∶1 and 4 ∶1 respectively. The RSV infection mostly occurred in children under 3 years old,and the peak season was winter and spring. [Conclusion]The RSV infection rates of children are different between urban area and Yangshan County,and it is related to the gender,age and season. The results can provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.更多还原
