【摘要】 目的通过了解家长对婴幼儿合理喂养的习惯和行为状况,为职能部门进行针对性宣传教育工作提供参考依据。方法随机抽取湛江市霞山区某社区部分家长进行调查。结果 353名婴幼儿喂养方式中,纯母乳喂养占44.8%,配方奶粉喂养占17.0%,配方奶粉+母乳喂养占38.2%。男女婴幼儿喂养方式差别有统计学意义(χ2=6.671,P<0.05);比较挑食偏食占19.6%,较少挑食偏食占22.9%,不挑食不偏食占57.5%,不同年龄段婴幼儿挑食偏食习惯差别有统计学意义(χ2=31.683,P<0.05);添加婴幼儿辅食情况:60.9%有添加蛋类及蛋制品,60.9%有添加鱼类及水产品,61.5%有添加肉类及肉制品,35.1%有添加豆类及豆制品,63.5%有添加新鲜蔬果。结论家长需要掌握合理喂养知识,重视婴幼儿良好饮食习惯的培养。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To understand the habits and behaviors of infant feeding among parents,provide the references for the relevant departments to carry out the targeted publicity and education. [Methods]The survey was conducted in some parents who were randomly sampled from a community of Xiashan District of Zhanjiang City.[Results]Among 353 infants who were surveyed,44.8% of them received the exclusive breastfeeding,17.0% were fed by powdered formulas,and 38.2% were given both of exclusive breast milk and powdered formulas. There was a statistically significant difference in feeding pattern between boys and girls(χ2=6.671,P<0.05). 19.6% of infants had the habit of being choosy in food,22.9% showed the slighter degree in this habit,and 57.5% had no habit of being choosy in food. There was a statistically significant difference in eating habit among different age groups(χ2=6.671,P<0.05). The complementary feeding included eggs and egg products(60.9%),fish and other aquatic products(60.9%),meat and meat products(61.5%),bean and bean products(35.1%),and fresh vegetables and fruits(63.5%).[Conclusion]Parents need to know the knowledge about appropriate infant feeding, and pay sufficient attention to the development of eating habits of infants.更多还原
