【摘要】 目的探讨缺血修饰白蛋白检测在脑卒中高危人群筛查中的应用价值。方法检测3组(脑卒中组176例、脑卒中高危组2 260例、正常对照组400例)人群缺血修饰白蛋白、血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、血脂、糖化血红蛋白水平,进行组间比较,分析其相关性。结果脑卒中组血清缺血修饰白蛋白水平为(77.22±3.24)μ/ml;脑卒中高危组血清缺血修饰白蛋白水平为(76.42±3.45)μ/ml,两组与正常对照组[(73.41±3.72)μ/ml]比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论血清缺血修饰白蛋白检测在脑卒中高危人群筛查中有重要价值,高缺血修饰白蛋白血症可能是引起脑卒中的独立危险因素之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To explore the application value of ischemia modified albumin in screening of cerebral apoplexy among highrisk population.[Methods]The levels of ischemia modified albumin,Hcy,blood lipid,blood glucose in three groups(176 cases of stroke group,2 260 cases of stroke risk group and 400 cases of healthy control group) were detected,comparison between these 3groups was performed for analysis of their correlation. [Results]Levels of ischemia modified albumin in stroke group was(77.22±3.24) μ/ml,that in stroke high-risk group was(76.42±3.45)μ/ml,compared with healthy control group(73.41±3.72μ/ml),the differences were all significant(P<0.01).[Conclusion]Detection of Ischemia modified albumin has important clinical value in stroke risk groups screening and high Ischemia modified albumin levels may be one of the independent risk factors of stroke.更多还原
