【摘要】 对北京中医药大学工商管理专业2009—2013届毕业的学生进行就业情况的调查。发现:参与"派遣"的学生比例下降,"二分"比例增加;读研究生人数比例大幅增加,出国学生比例增加;就业单位类型主要为企业,事业单位比例显著下降,且以医药类相关行业为主,但比例逐渐下降;回生源地或其他直辖市就业的学生大幅增加,继续留在北京的比例减少。提出:学生就业思路正在发生转变,学生综合能力培养要与专业学习齐头并进,学生的职业规划要从低年级抓起并建立全程化职业规划教育理念,人才培养要突出中医药行业特色,专业方向调整要与时俱进。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper conducted an employment survey among business administration majored undergraduates ofthe year 2009-2013. It was found that percentage of students who participated in"dispatch"decreased; percentageof students who pursued postgraduate studies increased largely; percentage of students who went abroad increased.Most students chose to get employed in medicine-related enterprises, percentage of those who worked in public in-stitutions markedly decreased. The number of students who went to work in their native places or other municipali-ties sharply increased. The students are experiencing a change in job employment. Nurturing of their comprehensiveabilities should keep pace with their professional learning. Career planning should start early from junior grades toestablish a whole process educational concept of career planning.更多还原
