【摘要】 基于PLC和组态的新型回转类测试设备,包括一个测试台和一个控制台。本文系统的介绍了测试台和控制台的结构和功能:测试台分为低速测试区、中速测试区、高速测试区和空载测试区四个测试模块,对各种工具进行测试。控制台包括一套西门子的PLC单元和基于亚控组态王编写的上位机软件,对被测工具的相关参数分析处理并显示。该装置具有测试范围广,测试精度高,控制系统稳定,安全性能高,操作简便易行等特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 The new type test equipment of rotation based on PLC and configuration,includes a test board and a console.In this paper,the structures and functions of the test board and console are introduced by the numbers.The test board contains four modules:low speed test area,middle speed test area,high speed test area and no-load test area and it can test many kinds of air tools.The console contains a set of Siemens PLC units and the upper computer software based on the King View.Besides,it can analyze,process and display related parameters of tools to be measured.The device has the characteristics of wide range,high precision,stable operating system,high safety performance and simple operation,etc.更多还原
