【摘要】 目的:观察中药联合穴位埋线法治疗湿热瘀阻型慢性盆腔疼痛综合征的临床疗效。方法:将符合湿热瘀阻型慢性盆腔疼痛综合征诊断标准的240例患者,按随机数字表法(1∶1)分为2组。对照组给予盐酸坦索罗辛胶囊和消炎痛治疗。治疗组运用中药联合穴位埋线法治疗。4周为1个疗程。结果:总有效率治疗组为96.67%,对照组为80.00%,2组比较χ2=4.043,P=0.044;2组治疗后中医证候积分比较t=-3.222,P=0.002,在缓解中医症状上治疗组优于对照组;治疗后2组NIH-CPSI评分比较t=-5.231,P=0.000,治疗组能够更为明显地降低NIH-CPSI评分,NIH-CPSI疼痛评分比较t=-2.649,P=0.010,在降低患者疼痛症状上治疗组优于对照组;2组均能缓解患者焦虑抑郁情绪在缓解焦虑情绪上治疗组优于对照组;治疗后2组症状影响评分比较t=-3.708,P=0.000,生活质量评分比较t=-3.412,P=0.001。结论:中药联合穴位埋线治疗湿热瘀阻型慢性盆腔疼痛综合征临床疗效较好,体现了综合疗法在治疗慢性盆腔疼痛综合征方面的优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effective of Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with catgut implantation at acupoint in treating chronic pelvic pain syndrome of dampness-heat stasis. Methods: 240 patients belong to the standard of chronic pelvic pain syndrome of dampness-heat stasis were randomly divided into two groups. The control group were given tamsulosin hydrochloride capsules and indometacin. And the treatment group were treated by TCM combined with catgut implantation at acupoint. Four weeks as a course. Conclusion: The effective of Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with catgut implantation at acupoint in treating chronic pelvic pain syndrome of dampness-heat stasis is good.
