【摘要】 目的:以文献计量学分析为基础,从理、法、方穴、术4方面探讨复发性口腔溃疡(ROU)的针灸处方。方法:对从中国期刊全文数据库等电子数据库检索的2002至2012年针灸治疗ROU的临床研究文献进行计量学分析。结果:理:ROU以心脾积热和阴虚火旺为发病主因,主病之脏在心脾肾;法:清热泻火和滋阴降火为基本治法,辨证辅以利湿、安神等法;方穴:以远近相合为组方原则,即局部取穴、邻近选穴及远端选穴相配合,临证选穴各有侧重;术:局部治疗泻法为主,可选择弱激光照射、刺络放血等法,整体调节补泻兼施,可行穴位敷贴、毫针刺法等法。结论:通过文献计量学分析从理、法、方穴、术4方面初步探讨ROU的针灸处方,从而更好地指导临床与科研。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the acupuncture prescription for recurrent oral ulcer( ROU) from four aspects:principles,methods, formula-acupoints and technics, bases on bibliometric analysis. Methods: This article makes bibliometric analysis on literatures which are clinical studies on acupuncture in treatment of ROU from 2002 to 2012 included in Chinese Journal Full-text Database and other electronic database. Results ⑴Principles: The main etiology of ROU includes"intense heat in heart-spleen"and"yin deficiency and heat bloom". Abnormal changes in heart,spleen and kidney are the leading causes of ROU; ⑵Methods: Clearing heat-fire and nourishing yin to lessen fire constitute the basic treatment methods of ROU,accompanied by other methods such as removing dampness and tranquilizing mind base on syndrome differentiation; ⑶ Formula and acupoints: "Combining near with far " has been defined as the principle of formulating,namely,to combine local points selection,nearby points selection and distal end points selection organically,depends on syndrome differentiation; ⑷ Technics: The local treatment is given priority to with reducing method,while therapies such as low level laser therapy and blood-letting therapy can be chosen. Reinforcing method and reducing method consist in the whole regulation,while therapies such as acupoint application and filiform needle therapy can be chosen.Conclusion: Preliminary exploration has been made on the acupuncture prescription for ROU through bibliometric analysis from four aspects: principles,methods,formulas-acupoints and technics,aiming at supervising clinical work and scientific research.更多还原
