【摘要】 目的:探讨疏肝消痤方治疗女性青春期后痤疮疗效及对心理指标影响。方法:采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予中药疏肝消痤方口服,对照组给丹参酮胶囊口服,对患者疗效及心理指标、病情程度总积分变化进行评价。结果:治疗结束后治疗组有效率91.67%,优于对照组67.80%;治疗组Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)、Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)及病情程度总积分下降均较治疗前明显;对照组治疗后SDS、SAS总积分下降较治疗前不明显,病情程度总积分下降较治疗前明显;治疗组SDS、SAS、病情程度总积分下降均较对照组明显,2组均未见明显不良反应。结论:疏肝消痤方治疗女性青春期后痤疮疗效及对心理指标改善临床效果好,不良反应小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical effects of treatment with Shugan Xiaocuo Decoction and its influence on psychological indicators on female post-adolescent acne. Methods: This paper uses randomized controll method to compare the different effects between the female post-adolescent acne of Shugan Xiaocuo Decoction and Danshentong Capsules through the disease index,patients with psychological indicators,and then evaluate the total integral. Results: The total effective rate in the treated group was 91. 67% and the control group 67. 80%,it was insignificant difference between them. In the scores of SDS and SAS,the control group was higher than the treated group. There were no obvious adverse reactions during the treatment. Conclusions: Shugan Xiaocuo Decoction has a good therapeutic effect for female adolescent acne with little adverse actions.更多还原
