【摘要】 目的:探讨补肾助孕汤联合克罗米芬治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的疗效。方法:选取患者60例按随机数字表法分为2组,最终观察组29例,对照组27例。观察组采用补肾助孕汤联合克罗米芬,对照组采用克罗米芬。结果:治疗后观察组患者的卵泡直径、子宫内膜厚度、血清雌二醇(E2)、促黄体生成素(LH)与对照组患者同期比较差异有统计学意义。观察组妊娠率为41.38%,对照组妊娠率仅为14.81%,差异有统计学意义。结论:补肾助孕汤联合克罗米芬能调节性激素水平,协调下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴的功能,促使卵泡发育,改善子宫内膜容受性,提高妊娠率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical effects of Bushen Zhuyu Decoction combined with clomiphene in treatment of infertility cases with ovulation obstructive barrenness. Method: 60 cases were chosen and divided into two groups by simple random method. The experimental group were treated with Clomiphene combined with Bushen Zhuyu Decoction,and the control group with Clomiphene merely. 29 cases of experimental group and 27 cases of control group were involved in the statistical analysis. Results: There was significant difference between experimental group and control group in terms of follicle diameter、endometrial thickness、E2 and LH of two groups. but for FSH was not. The pregnancy rate of experimental group was 41. 38% and the control group was 14. 81%,there was significant difference between two groups.Conclusion: The treatment of Bushen Zhuyun Decoction combined with Clomiphene can regulate sex hormone levels,coordinate the function of hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis,promote the follicular development,improve the endometrial receptivity and increase the pregnancy rate.更多还原
