【摘要】 目的:评价培土清心颗粒对实验性炎症动物模型的抗炎效果。方法:选择SPF级NIH小鼠及SPF级SD大鼠,采用区组随机实验方法进行分组,包括正常对照组、模型对照组、阳性药物对照组以及培土清心颗粒高、中、低剂量组,分别创建二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、冰醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高以及大鼠棉球肉芽肿3种动物模型,对造模成功后的动物进行灌胃,观察评价培土清心颗粒的抗炎作用。结果:培土清心颗粒对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀、冰醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高及棉球所致大鼠肉芽组织增生均有明显抑制作用。结论:培土清心颗粒具有良好的抗急慢性炎症效果,其抗炎作用与西药吲哚美辛肠溶片和中成药消风止痒颗粒的效果相当。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect on anti-inflammation of Pei Tu Qing Xin( PTQX) granules. Method:Selecting the modols of xylene-induced mouse ear swelling、abdominal cavity capillary permeability increased by aceticacid and cotton pellet granuloma in rats for the study,Treated with PTQX granules,and observing the manifestations to deducing the anti-inflammation eflect of drugs. Results: All doses groups of PTQX granules can obviously reduce xylene-induced mouse ear swelling、aceticacid induced abdominal cavity capillary permeability increasing and cotton pellet granuloma in rats. Conclusion: PTQX granules has well anti-inflammatory propertiem. Anti-inflammatory effect of PTQX granules is similar to indometacin and Xiaofengzhiyang granules.更多还原
