【摘要】 目的:采用正交设计方法筛选电针治疗肠黏膜损伤的最佳刺激参数组合。方法:制备大鼠肠黏膜损伤模型,以三因素三水平组合电针腧穴"肠病方",观察肠黏膜损伤指数及组织学变化。结果:各刺激参数治疗作用的显著性排列为电针频率>留针时间>治疗频次,治疗频次影响不显著。各因素中不同水平影响排序为:100 Hz>30 Hz>2 Hz;30 min>20 min=10 min;每日2次、2 d 1次、每日1次均可。结论:电针腧穴"肠病方"治疗肠黏膜损伤的最佳刺激参数组合为:100 Hz,30 min,每日2次。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Combination of parameters of the using the orthogonal design method to screening the best stimulus electro-acupuncture treatment of intestinal mucosa injury. Methods: Rat intestinal mucosal injury model,Index of intestinal mucosal injury and ordinary optical microscope observation from the cellular level damage to the intestinal mucosa,as observed indicators,factors and three levels orthogonal design method electro-acupuncture acupoints best to enteropathy side screened electrical stimulation parameters. Results: The importance of the stimulation parameters in descending arranged of "Changbingfang"is frequency of electric acupuncture > retaining time of acupuncture needles >interval of acupuncture,but the treatment frequency effect was not significant. The sequence of each level in 3 element is:100 Hz > 30 Hz > 2 Hz; 30 min > 20 min = 10 min; 1 time / d,2 times / d and 1 time /2 d have the same effects. Conclusion:The best combination of stimulation parameters for treat bowel disease about acupoints"Changbingfang"is: 100 Hz,30 min,2 times / d.更多还原
