【摘要】 目的:观察血府逐瘀汤联合西药止血药对肋骨骨折伴血胸患者凝血功能的影响。方法:将所有入选的肋骨骨折伴血胸患者共70例,随机分为对照组与治疗组两组,每组各35例。所有患者于入院后均行常规急诊对症处理,包括临床固定、抗炎、抗休克、补液、止血等治疗。对照组常规应用抗生素以及静点止血敏,并口服伤科接骨片。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上口服中药汤剂血府逐瘀汤,两组疗程均为2周。疗程结束后随访3个月。结果:疗程结束后,治疗组的总有效率为100.0%,对照组的总有效率为80.0%,两组相比,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后VSA评分明显低于对照组,两组相比,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗组的平均住院时间明显短于对照组,两组相比,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后FIB水平较对照组治疗后明显下降,疗效优于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论:口服血府逐瘀汤联合西药止血敏治疗肋骨骨折伴血胸患者可以明显提高临床疗效,促进积血快速吸收,改善凝血功能,并能缩短平均住院时间,且无明显不良反应,值得临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on hemostatic function of blood coagulation in patients with rib fracture and hemothorax. Methods: A total of 70 cases were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 35 cases in each group. All patients were treated with routine emergency treatment after admission,including clinical fixation,anti-inflammatory,anti shock,fluid infusion,hemostasis and so on. The control group used conventional antibiotics and intravenous and Shangke Jiegu Tablets. The treatment group added Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction. Two groups were treated for 2 weeks and followed up for 3 months. Results: After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 100% and the control group’s 80% and there was a significant difference between the two groups( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the VSA score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group and there was significant difference between the two groups( P < 0. 05). The average length of stay in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group and there was a significant difference between two groups( P <0. 05). After treatment,the level of FIB in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group and the effect was better than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Oral Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of rib fracture with hemothorax can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,accelerate hematocele rapid absorption,improve the function of blood coagulation and can shorten the average length of time and has no obvious toxic and side effect,worthy of clinical use.更多还原
