【摘要】 目的:探讨血栓通注射液治疗老年冠心病心绞痛患者临床疗效观察及对患者血脂水平的影响。方法:114例老年冠心病心绞痛患者按照随机分组法随机分为对照组和实验组各57例。对照组采用常规对症治疗,实验组在对照组基础上结合血栓通注射液治疗。两组疗程均为1个月。对比分析两组心绞痛症状和心电图疗效、血脂水平、心绞痛发作持续时间及安全性评价。结果:实验组心绞痛症状总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组LDL-C、TC、TG治疗后较治疗前减少(P<0.05),而HDL-C较治疗前增加(P<0.05);实验组LDL-C、TC、TG治疗后显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而HDL-C显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组心绞痛发作持续时间治疗后较治疗前显著减少(P<0.05);实验组心绞痛发作持续时间治疗后显著短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间两组均未见明显严重的不良反应。结论:血栓通注射液治疗老年冠心病心绞痛患者临床疗效显著,可降低患者血脂水平,安全可靠,具有重要研究意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xueshuantong Injection on elderly patients with angina pectoris and its effect on blood lipid levels. Methods: 114 cases of elderly patients with angina pectoris according to randomization were randomly divided into control group( n = 57) and experimental group( n = 57). Control group was treated with conventional symptomatic treatment and the experimental group combined Xueshuantong Injection. The treatment lasted a month. We compared the efficacy of two groups’ symptoms of angina and ECG,blood lipid levels,duration of angina attack and safety evaluation. Results: The experimental group’s total efficiency of angina symptoms was significantly higher( P < 0. 05) and the total efficiency of the experimental group was significantly higher( P < 0. 05). The experimental group’s LDL-C,TC and TG after treatment reduced( P < 0. 05) while HDL-C increased( P < 0. 05). The experimental group’s LDL-C,TC and TG after therapy were significantly lower than those of the control group( P < 0. 05) while HDL-C was significantly higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the durations of angina attack of two groups were significantly reduced( P < 0. 05). The experimental group’s duration of angina pectoris was significantly shorter than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). During treatment,there were no obvious serious adverse reactions. Conclusion: Xueshuantong Injection of elderly patients with angina pectoris has significant clinical effect and can reduce blood fat levels in patients.
